I'm a 12th pass student and going to do graduation from a normal college. What are the career option if I want to earn?
I thought teaching is best way to earn money also it's increase knowledge. As baba ranchor das said:- (in 3 idiots movie) ki success ke peeche mt bhago excellence ka peecha kro success jhak maar ke aapke peeche aayegi. So I want my students to be very excellent in their academics.

Following are some of the things that I implement while teaching english to my students...
1. While introducing any new topic, build on their previous knowledge.... that is -link the topic with something that they already know.
2. Give everyday examples or some illustrations, so as to make them understand the concept....
3. Add humor related to the topic...it makes the topic attractive, and maintains their attention....
4. Repeatedly emphasis the important points.
5. Keep the lecture interactive. Ask them questions that stimulates critical thinking.
6. Ask questions in general to the whole class.. and find out their answers...if it is right then compliment them, if it is wrong then give them an answer & explain why it's wrong....
7. Be friendly with them, then they won't hesitate to answer or ask their doubts....
8. Do not read from a PowerPoint presentation/ or slide show... it makes the lecture boring....only use it to show diagrams, figures or videos....or to list the major points to be covered, so as to ensure that no important point is missed. Keep the lecture interesting.
9. Tell them what is important and what should be stressed.
10. Finally conclude by summarizing what has been taught.
