About Jeff
I am willing to help new students learn English as a Second Language in order for them to be successful in their college upper-level courses and future careers they choose to obtain. I will also help students focus on pronunciation and meaning of vocabulary words they do not understand or have difficulty learning.

My teaching method is through an online platform, Zoom. I will deliver my lessons in a video conference to the student online. I will use a simple lesson plan with an ice breaker question at the beginning and then move into the grammar lesson I selected for the student. Afterwards, I will have the student watch a video on a certain grammar point and complete a short quiz over the video. Before the end of class, I will send the student a short homework activity to complete before the next class period plus have them read a short story before class. The lessons are for young adults ages 18 to 27 years in a college degree program.
