About Mercedes
Hi there! I did my Bachelor's degree at Florida International University. While I was finishing my degree I tutored ESL students after school and once I graduated I started teaching english online.So far I've taught over 4 thousand students in the past 3 years of online teaching. I've taught from small kids to young adults.

I focus on pronunciation, conversation and grammar.I use an interactive and participative teaching method where I build a safe ground for the student to feel comfortable to express himself/herself. As the classes go by and I learn more about the student I customize the content of the class and bring stories and comprehension material that the student will enjoy reading and learning. We cover the material of the class and extend with conversation.
