About Meera
I am a personal fitness instructor (certified by ISSA), a Zumba instructor, and BollyX instructor. I have been teaching fitness for a few years now with excellent results in all my clients. I help people achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it is a greater range of motion, increased flexibility, improved muscle tone, reduced body fat, etc. I am also a doctor (MBBS), so I conduct safe fitness classes for those who have health conditions as well - ex: diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, endometriosis, PCOS, asthma, etc.
