About Muhammad Rayhan Khayru

Hi there! I'm Rayhan, a 4th-semester student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Beppu, Japan. My Japanese level is equivalent to JLPT N3, and I also work part-time at a Japanese restaurant — so I don't just learn from textbooks, I use Japanese every day with coworkers and customers!

I know 400+ kanji, plus grammar from beginner (N5) to intermediate (N3), including Keigo (polite Japanese) used in real workplaces.

My teaching style? Relaxed but focused. I hate rote memorization. I always explain the "WHY" behind every grammar point — why it's formed that way, when to use it — so you truly understand, not just memorize. As a fellow Japanese learner, I know exactly which parts confuse Indonesian and English speakers the most!

I'm experienced in online teaching (math) and I always check in during lessons: "Is this clear? Too fast? Comfortable?" so the pace fits you perfectly. I teach 100% in English or Indonesian — your choice!

About the lesson

PRIVATE JAPANESE LESSONS N5 & N4 – START FROM ZERO OR LEVEL UP, ALL WELCOME!

Hey! Want to start learning Japanese from scratch? Or already passed N5 and want to level up to N4? Both are possible here!

As long as you're willing to learn, I'll guide you the rest of the way.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THIS IS A PRIVATE CLASS, NOT A RIGID COURSE!
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Everyone is different — different goals, different pace, different learning styles. That's why there's no fixed curriculum here. Everything is tailored to your needs!

Want to focus on conversation? Sure!
Want to focus on grammar & kanji for exams? Absolutely!
Need to prepare for work in Japan? You got it!
Want to understand anime/manga without subtitles? Let's start there!

You decide the focus, I prepare the materials.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

I've been in your shoes — I know exactly what's confusing for learners. I won't leave you stuck!
