About Floriane
Salut !
I am a native and qualified French teacher who has been giving one to one tutoring lessons for 5 years now (7 years for other subjects but that's another story).
I have grown up and have done my first two years of BA in France. Then I moved to the UK and did a MA in Applied linguistics and a Postgraduate certificate in Education. That's where I've got my teaching qualification !
I have tutored 5 GCSE students and 3 of them have achieved A or A* (8/9).
I am currently teaching 2 students one-to-one and they are doing tremendous progress every single lesson.
As a secondary school teacher, I have taught French from year 7 to year 12. 25% of my latest year 11 class has achieved A/A* (8/9) and 75% of the class has passed. The last 25% has received a 3 (D/D+) and would only have needed a month or two.
I am also currently teaching an A-level students who is doing really well!
I have also taught adult learners, from beginners who wanted to move to the country to advanced students who were passionate by the language.
I am very adaptable so whatever you need me to teach you in French, let me know and we can honestly discuss if I am the best person to help you !

I am a very lively person with some sense of humour and my lessons reflects this quite well.
I even manage to make jokes with the most boring grammar point. I like to use real French material, such as films or songs and to provide real life missions for people living around French speakers.
For GCSE, I usually use AQA and I am very experienced in it but I can adapt to Edexcel if needed.
I have a lot of resources for revision for all skills so I can adapt to your skills and needs. I would usually use the first lesson to try out your level in different area so I pitch exactly what you need.
