About Meama

I am a fluent Arabic speaker and an Islamic Studies graduate with a passion for teaching the Qur'an and sharing the beauty of the Arabic language. My studies have helped me develop a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge, which I bring into my lessons in a simple and accessible way.

I enjoy creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged and motivated. As someone who understands both the language and the importance of the Qur'an, I aim to help students improve their recitation while building confidence in their learning journey.

I teach sisters and children, and I look forward to helping my students develop a stronger connection with the Qur'an, in shaa Allah.

About the lesson

My lessons are for sisters and children of all ages and beginners, whether you’re just starting your Qur’an journey or looking to improve your recitation and Tajweed.

Every lesson is personalised to suit each student’s needs, goals, and learning pace. We usually begin by reviewing previous work before moving on to new material. Lessons can include Qur’an reading, Tajweed, memorisation (Hifz), revision, and explanations of verses to help build understanding alongside correct recitation.

I aim to create a relaxed, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is not only to help you read the Qur’an correctly but also to help you grow in confidence and develop a stronger connection with the words of Allah.

Regular revision is included to help students retain what they have learned and make steady progress, in shaa Allah.
