Hi, I’m a commercial sales and recruitment professional with over 12 years of experience helping people and businesses achieve their goals.

My career has taken me from leading successful recruitment and sales teams to working with CFOs, COOs and senior business leaders on complex six and seven-figure commercial agreements. Along the way, I’ve managed teams, interviewed and hired candidates, coached colleagues, and consistently delivered more than £2 million in annual sales.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping people realise their potential. Whether you’re preparing for an important interview, starting your career, looking to progress into management, or wanting to improve your sales and communication skills, I’m here to help.

About the lesson

With over 12 years of experience in recruitment, commercial sales, leadership and business development, I help people build the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to succeed in interviews, sales and their careers!

I currently work as a Commercial Sales Consultant, working with CFOs, COOs, Procurement Teams and other senior decision-makers to negotiate framework agreements and six and seven-figure contracts. Previously, I spent over 10 years leading successful recruitment and commercial sales teams, managing a team of 10 while consistently generating more than £2 million in annual sales.

Whether you’re a student preparing for your first interview, a graduate looking to secure your first professional role, someone changing careers, or an experienced professional aiming for promotion, I offer practical coaching based on real world business experience, not just theory.
