About Romina
Hi! I'm Romina. Dancer, Dance and Flexibility Certified Teacher. Throughout my training, I have explored different forms of training and movement approaches in the dance field, and I became certified as a Stretching and Postural Gymnastics, also Hatha Yoga teacher.

In our sessions, we integrate passive and active stretching exercises with strengthening work using body weight and specific elements, such as elastic bands, balls, and sticks.
We do progressive work on joint mobility, elongation of shortened muscle chains, and strengthening of weakened muscle groups.
We also have options that include dance training, where we approach the body through movement.
My classes are designed so that you feel increasingly relaxed, secure, and comfortable in your body.
