My name is Tom, I’ve been playing the banjo for 7 years now after first witnessing trad live in Co. Clare. I finished at the Dungarvan School of Trad in 2022 where I practiced for 4 years. I am also a past Chairman of DSC Tradsoc and banjo player of PigsNJokers and The 2 Tommies

Tom is a brilliant banjo teacher that i’d definitely recommend. I worked with him to learn a few tunes for my leaving cert practical and he made everything very easy to learn and understand. He’s very patient, explains things well and is just a sound guy overall. He helped me get my confidence back playing the banjo.
