About Lowri
I am a third year medical student studying in Trinity College Dublin. Due to current circumstances, I am now at home in North Wales and am available to teach a variety of GCSE and A level topics, through the medium of Welsh or English. I offer A level or GCSE tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Welsh Language and GCSE-only sessions in French and Physics. Having achieved 12A* and a Distinction in Further Mathematics at GCSE and 3A* at A level with full-UMS in Biology myself, I will use my experiences to tailor my sessions to the student in order to tackle areas in which they are struggling. I can also offer tips on exam technique and study methods to help boost grades.

As a fluent-Welsh speaker, I could offer lessons in Biology, Chemistry or Maths ranging from KS3 to A-level standard through the medium of Welsh or English. I can also help with French and Physics up to GCSE standard. I believe that I have developed an effective study technique that lends itself well to the GCSE and A-level syllabus that allows you to achieve maximum marks for your efforts. I will tailor my style to what I believe will benefit the student the most and am open to adapt this if necessary. I will share my own personal approach to exams and the tackling of complex concepts and will work alongside the student to analyse their own styles and help to improve the areas in which they are weakest. I am happy to offer help in specific topics that the requested by the student that they are finding challenging or offer more general lessons if this is what is preferred. I sat the WJEC board myself but as there is a great deal of overlap with other boards, would have no problem in accomodating these as well.
