About the lesson

Teaching methodology: Interactive Learning: I believe in active participation and engagement from the student's end. My lessons involve a lot of interactive activities such as role-plays, discussions, games, and real-life scenarios to ensure the student is actively practising and applying what they've learnt. Customised Materials: I develop or select learning materials based on the student's proficiency level, interests, and learning objectives. This could include textbooks, online resources, articles, videos, and audio recordings. I also create custom exercises and assignments to reinforce learning. Feedback and Assessment: Regular feedback is crucial for improvement. I provide constructive feedback on students' progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas needing improvement. Periodic assessments help gauge progress and identify areas that require additional focus. The typical length of a lesson varies depending on the student's preferences and availability. As for my qualifications and experience, I have undergone specialised training in language teaching methodologies. I also have several years of experience tutoring maths in Mandarin to students of various proficiency levels and ages. My lessons are suitable for individuals at different proficiency levels, from absolute beginners to advanced learners. I cater to both children and adults who are interested in learning Mandarin for academic, professional, or personal reasons.

Deadly! She is very clear and methodical. the powerpoints are excellent. it is very valuable to have a live person to teach me, because the sounds of Chinese are not easy and it is helpfulfor me to try to copy her pronunciation.
