About Brianna
I am an Ontario Certified Teacher, as well as TESL Canada certified as a Second Language teacher with several years of experience in the classroom as well as tutoring. I see learning as a unique and holistic experience for each student, acknowledging that no two lessons will work for different learners. My approach moves away from direct instruction, focusing in on student interest, and learning through inquiry.

Each student tutor relationship is begun with a survey to be completed by parents and guardians as well as a separate survey for students. Each session is dynamic and different focussing on the specific areas of challenge outlined by both the student and parent. Sessions are based on student interest and wondering, to better focus on exploring the unique interest of each learner.
