About Bianca
Hello! I am an Ontario Certified Teacher with experience working with students in a variety of grades and learning environments.
My teaching approach is student-centered, supportive, and engaging. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet individual learning needs, strengths, and goals. I focus on building confidence while helping students develop a strong understanding of concepts through clear explanations, guided practice, and interactive activities.
A typical lesson begins with a review of previously learned material, followed by direct instruction, guided practice, and opportunities for independent application. I regularly check for understanding and adjust my teaching strategies to ensure students feel successful and supported throughout the learning process.
What sets me apart is my ability to create positive relationships with students while providing personalized instruction that helps them grow academically and gain confidence in their abilities. I strive to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and accessible for all learners.

I use a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, visual supports, discussion, and problem-solving tasks to keep students engaged and motivated.
