About Julia
Hello there!
My name is Julia Lauren, but you can also call me Jewels! I know sometimes the English language and creative writing can become overwhelming pretty quickly, but I'm here to help!
Writing has been my career for the past 7 years. I've done everything from online chat service and YouTube scripts to self published poetry and copywriting. English is a deep seeded love and passion of mine that I can't wait to share with others!
Coupled with my psych degree and experience working as a therapeutic teacher for traumatized children, I not only am armed with a number of skillsets, but the patience to find the best one to work with anybody. I can't wait to get started!

With a degree in Psychology to better assist at teaching from different perspectives and angles catered to your needs and experience opening for the world renowned poet Rupi Kaur, I'm sure we can find a teaching style to help you become more confident in creative writing and English literature overall.
Even though I may specialize in poetry, I'm also able to assist with reading proficiency and comprehension, oral communication, writing fluency among other English skills.
While English and creative writing may not be everyone's forte, it can still be appreciated by anyone! (Who knows? Maybe you'll find a hidden passion!)
