About Mila
I am a passionate piano tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment where students can develop both technical skills and creativity.
Over the years, I have helped students perform confidently at recitals, complete graded exams, and participate in competitions, achieving recognition for their dedication and talent. My lessons emphasise technique, sight-reading, music theory, improvisation, and expressive performance, all tailored to each student’s individual needs, goals, and interests.
I strive to inspire students to gain confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for music, blending structured practice with creative exercises to ensure every lesson is engaging, meaningful, and rewarding.

I maintain clear communication, explaining techniques step by step, answering questions, and allowing students to express themselves freely.
Supportiveness is central—I guide students through challenges patiently, celebrate their progress, and help them develop self-confidence. I apply this methodology to other subjects I teach, including music theory, composition, and ear training. My goal is to provide an inspiring environment where students can grow musically, creatively, and personally.
