About Abdikarim
I am currently a student with high academic aspirations as I’ve seen how hard work pays off through my GCSE preparation. I make lessons engaging as it’s important to enjoy learning and support with home learning and additional classwork learners are struggling with.Through my work experience at Head start volunteer program and work at Iselworth Explorers club I’ve been able to gain the skills needed to teach individuals regardless of any situation. While volunteering as a teaching assistant I saw the skills needed to be a great teacher one of which is leadership. My own leadership skills have developed over the years, from attending a youth club to gradually going on to lead small groups in activities.

My teaching method is versatile and is a combination of the numerous teaching methods I’ve experienced during my time in education and volunteering as this enables my students to learn effectively and ensures they understand what they are being taught. Tutoring a range of students Is my specialty as I’ve mastered encouraging students to keep focused and interested through my problem solving and creative skills to communicate in an engaging way.
