About Gwen

Hello, I'm Gwen! I have just finished my degree at Oxford university and I would like to help you reach your goals in Maths, English or Welsh. I have two younger brothers who have always struggled in school and I have helped them with their work since a young age. I know a lot of young people find school difficult or boring and I'd like to help you feel a bit happier and more confident if possible. :) Siwmae, Gwen dw i! Dw i newydd gorffen fy ngradd at brifysgol Rhydychen ac hoffwn i dy helpu i lwyddo yn Mathemateg, Saesneg a Chymraeg. Rydw i wedi helpu fy nau brawd iau gyda'u gwaith ysgol ers yr ysgol gynradd. Dw i'n gwybod mae llawer o bobl ifainc wedi'u diflasu yn yr ysgol ac hoffwn i dy gefnogi i fod ychydig yn hapusach a mwy hyderus. :)

About the lesson

I got an A* in my Maths and English Literature A-Levels and an A* in my Welsh Literature GCSE. I have just finished my Oxford degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a 2.1 classification. I provide online tutoring for GCSE level or below in English Lang/Lit, Welsh Lang/Lit and Maths. I am a friendly and patient person who enjoys working with children and teenagers. I am happy to do sessions ranging from 30-90 minutes depending on the young person's needs and preferences. I can go over schoolwork the young person found difficult, help with homework, or set additional work if needed.
