About Eva
I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, having completed a degree studying English and French. I achieved all Grade 9s in my GCSEs and 3 A*s at A Level, so I understand how stressful exams can be- but also how to ace them! I have been tutoring GCSE and A Level students privately since 2020, and my students have always demonstrably improved as a result of my help. While I believe that tutoring should be focused on exam technique (because that's what will really get you the marks), I am incredibly passionate about French literature and culture more broadly, so I would always be willing to go off syllabus and draw on my extensive literary knowledge to make our lessons exciting. I am also a huge thespian: when I'm not in the library, you can find me on stage! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
