About Tilia
I am a sports scientist, nutritionist & former professional athlete.
As a five-time German junior champion in various disciplines (heptathlon, 400 m hurdles & long jump), I have a great deal of enthusiasm for diversity and holism, as well as a wealth of experience in the area of training optimization through different training science approaches. I have been working as a coach for six years, mainly in the field of athletics (DOSB-B license), and for a year now I have been giving my athletes regular nutritional advice. I also have coaching licenses for sports nutrition, back coaching and windsurfing.
Since autumn 2020, I also offer online coaching sessions (full-body workouts & nutrition). In addition to this, I regularly upload scientifically-backed tricks about sports nutrition & workout videos on my Youtube channel (concealed information)/pantherpower.

Every training and nutrition plan is individually adapted! The right mix of science, experience and individual adaptation defines perfect coaching to me!
Currently, I am leading online training sessions of 45 to 60 minutes once or twice a week. The main topic of each session varies, but every workout is always full-body training. I always start with a warm-up and stretching, and we focus, for example, on core/ but or back/ abs. I place great value on avoiding muscle shortening and imbalances!

Ich kann Trainingseinheiten mit Tilia sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns damals über einen gemeinsamen Freund bei einem Konzert von MHD kennengelernt. Der Fokus liegt klar auf dem Training, aber der Spaß kommt auch nie zu kurz. Wer ein Fan von HipHop und französischer Musik ist, für den gibt es sicherlich kein besseres Training. Auch die Gestaltung der Trainingspläne erfolgt sehr individuell.
Absolute Empfehlung!! Ich kenne Tilia seit vielen Jahren und durfte schon viele Trainingseinheiten mit ihr erleben. Auch zum Thema Ernährung hat sie mir bereits weitergeholfen! Tilia ist nicht nur sehr motiviert und sorgt für gute Laune beim Training, sondern vermittelt durch ihre Kompetenz viel Wissen! Ihre Erfahrungen reichen vom Hobby- bis zum Spitzensport. Zudem geht sie sehr individuell auf einen ein, damit Ziele möglichst effizient erreicht werden!
Das Training ist wirklich sehr anstrengend aber auch sehr sehr effektiv.Ich hab schon nach ein paar Tagen große Fortschritte gemerkt.Meine täglichen Rückenschmerzen haben stark nachgelassen und ich kann mich super neben dem Homeoffice ablenken.Das Training kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.Außerdem trefft ihr auf eine super sympathische Trainerin
Das Personaltraining mit Tilia kann ich euch wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erstellt jedes Training individuell nach meine Bedürfnissen und Schwächen. Zu dem hat sie ne Menge fundiertes Fachwissen und kann jede Übung Sportwissenschaftlich aufbauen und erklären. Mit ihrer offen, gut gelaunten und positiven Art übersteht man selbst das anstrengenste Training :)
