Each session is carefully tailored to your current skill level and goals. I design 1- or 2-hour swim practices that build stamina, improve efficiency, and help you lower your personal best times. Workouts include a structured warm-up, a core set customized for sprint, middle-distance, or distance events, and a cool-down to ensure recovery and readiness for your next session.
Technique Development
Efficient strokes are the foundation of faster swimming. I provide detailed analysis of your technique, real-time feedback, and hands-on guidance to refine your movements. Every adjustment is aimed at maximizing propulsion, minimizing drag, and helping you swim smarter and faster.
