About Akshita
Hello! My name is Akshita, and I am deeply passionate about teaching English and helping students unlock the doors that strong language skills can open for them. Having spent years witnessing how a lack of confidence in English can affect people—whether it is hesitating to speak in public, struggling in academics, or feeling left out in professional environments—I am committed to making sure my students never have to face those barriers alone. Growing up, I saw many talented individuals miss opportunities simply because they were not comfortable expressing themselves in English. I realized how much language can impact self-esteem, career growth, and even everyday interactions. That is what inspired me to dedicate myself to teaching English in a way that is supportive, empowering, and accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting point. I take immense pride in creating a warm, friendly, and motivating environment for my students. As a teacher, I believe that learning a language should be a joyful, engaging, and empowering experience. A typical class with me begins with a quick warm-up to refresh previously learned concepts, followed by a focused session on new topics like grammar rules, writing structures, or speaking exercises. I ensure that each lesson balances theory and practice—giving students the chance to immediately apply what they learn through discussions, creative writing, or real-life scenarios. At the end of every session, I offer a brief review, feedback, and a small set of personalized exercises to reinforce learning between classes.
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to make students feel comfortable and motivated, regardless of their current level. I focus heavily on building confidence, breaking down complex concepts into simple ideas, and celebrating small victories to keep students encouraged. I also integrate activities based on each student’s interests, whether it's through books, films, music, or real-world news, making every session fresh, dynamic, and highly relevant.
