MEET CHEF ZEEZ Chef Zeez is a culinary force to be reckoned with. With my bold personality, creative flair, and passion for innovative cuisine, I have taken the culinary world by storm. EARLY LIFE AND TRAINING Born and raised in Ogun State, Nigeria. Chef Zeez grew up surrounded by the rich flavors and spices of traditional cuisine. I started cooking at a young age, helping my mother in the kitchen. Which, I then discovered my full potential during my university days first as a means of survival. After completing my BSc I invested into my culinary journey, which I bagged several certificates with the renowned World Chef Academy, learned seasonal recipe development skills and different techniques to back up my culinary skill in art knowledge and interest. I worked under several renowned chefs in Lagos, Nigeria, honing my skills and developing my unique style. Culinary Style and Philosophy Chef Zeez’s cuisine is a fusion of traditional western flavors with modern twists and international influences. I am known for my bold use of spices, herbs, and acidity, which adds depth and complexity to my dishes. Chef Zeez’s philosophy is centered around using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create menus that are both sustainable and delicious.
