About Lauren
I have a unique background that allots me an innovative approach to the student-teacher dynamic and have brought joy, knowledge and empowerment to many of my students. I believe myself to be an Educator, as the knowledge students learn with me are bound to last; I know the formula for winning and understanding learning—I’ve witnessed it. In the last 10 years I’ve lived and breathed the balance of education and play ranging from me being a student myself, to being a guest educator for private and charter schools and caring for/enriching the little ones in the evening. I bring passion, patience, and a student-centered approach, ensuring every child I teach feels empowered, engaged, and excited to learn. I grew exponentially under the guidance of incredible teachers and mentors. I was very successful as a child and student because of my development, attested by childhood achievements. Over time, I’ve learned, experienced, and adapted, shaping my understanding of how to teach, nurture, and inspire. I’m grateful to reflect and hope if you’re as passionate about your children’s future, you consult with me to water your seedling with the best “fertilizer” money can buy!
