I am a qualified Intermediate Phase teacher with experience in primary school teaching, high school English teaching, ESL teaching (kindergarten to Grade 6), and university tutoring and facilitating. I am about to graduate with my Master of Arts in English Literature.

In my lessons, I build on what my students already know. I believe working from their foundation helps them to gain confidence and grow an interest in whatever needs to be learned. I am patient, encourage new approaches and gently correct mistakes. It is an important part of my teaching to have my students walk away from a lesson feeling that they have learned something that they can apply to their real life.
