About Rini
I have 7 years of experience teaching flute to school and college students. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement. I believe every student has the ability to learn music when given the right support.
My lessons include breathing control, posture, rhythm, finger techniques, scales, tone production, and musical expression. I always create a comfortable environment where students feel free to learn and grow. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been seeing students gain confidence and enjoy performing.
Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation. My goal is to make every lesson meaningful and inspiring.

My teaching philosophy is to make flute learning enjoyable while helping students become disciplined and confident musicians. I use Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity in every lesson to support each learner's growth.
Students learn step by step, beginning with breathing, posture, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and tone production. As confidence develops, they move to advanced techniques including scales, articulation, expression, improvisation, and performance preparation.
I motivate students by appreciating every achievement and encouraging regular practice. Communication allows students to understand difficult topics in simple language. Integrity creates an environment where students feel respected and encouraged.
Creative teaching methods include musical storytelling, listening exercises, duet practice, rhythm games, favorite songs, and improvisation. Along with flute, I teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm development, and stage performance skills.
