About Gilbert

I have been teaching Leadership studies, practical skills, and applications in a wide variety of settings for 37 years, from the university setting to business environment, to small/large groups, one-on-one, including personal coaching and mentoring.

I have taught and coached thousands of students and business leaders at every level to develop greater competence and credibility in their knowledge and skills to successfully lead and influence their organizations in greater and more successful ways than they have ever experienced before. This includes those who have experienced varying degrees of success and achievements, including graduation, life changing accomplishments, and hugely successful organizations.

Because of all of this, I believe I can help elevate your leadership to the next level, so that you can master a greater confidence in leading your organization or team in ways that will surpass your wildest imaginations.

About the lesson

For 37 years I have had great success leading for-profit businesses, non-profit organizations, as well as start up organizations. I have several earned degrees that culminated in a Doctorate in Leadership. Throughout that time, I have learned many lessons, some very painful, others, exhilarating, that have gone into shaping my leadership style and skills. I have learned to adapt to all kinds of circumstances and seize whatever opportunities have been presented to me in creative and positive ways to accomplish the main tasks of leading the organizations to success.

By engaging the student in proven multi-level learning strategies, which combines appropriate interactive instruction of the whole person, mind, will, emotions, and body, I have helped thousands of business leaders and students experience tremendous success in learning how to effectively lead their organizations.
