About Riva
I am an experienced piano tutor with 13 years of teaching experience, helping students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds develop their musical skills. I believe that learning piano should be enjoyable and meaningful. My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and step-by-step progress.
I adapt my lessons based on each student’s learning style and goals to ensure steady improvement. I focus on building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced techniques. Along with piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to support overall musical growth.
I include practical exercises and creative learning methods to keep students engaged. My strength is making learning simple and effective. I help students build confidence, improve consistency, and develop regular practice habits. I aim to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel inspired to learn.

Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, fostering an enjoyable and productive learning experience.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated methodology strengthens technical proficiency, expressive skills, and musical understanding. My goal is to guide students to become confident, creative, and lifelong musicians.
