About Pamela
I have a passion to work with students. I am a dedicated professional. It is my goal as a teacher to educate, nurture, and esteem students. I enjoy being in the atmosphere of teaching and learning. I am very dedicated to the enhancement of students’ learning. My time teaching in the grades K-8th afforded me opportunities to make an impact on students’ learning. I am a big fan of differentiated instruction. This type of instruction allows teaching to incorporate various learning styles. It is important to utilize techniques that offer hands on activities for the kinesthetic learner. This could include use of manipulative, and other physical materials. For the visual learner the use of smart board, overhead projector, and blackboard are some ways to enhance learning. The auditory learner in my class would see lessons that involve the use of headsets, PowerPoint with voice, and use of computer technology. As a whole each learner would benefit in their learning while being exposed to environments that support their learning styles.
