About Mathis
I am a trained pastry chef, I studied in Biarritz in order to obtain my CAP pastry and Bac Pro Pastry Baker and joined the companions du devoir to discover all the facets of the profession. By this atypical career, I had the chance to work in La Rochelle (where I passed the complementary mention Pastry Glacier Chocolatier Confiseur), Lyon, Bordeaux and Windsor in England. In the future, I want to teach and pass on my passion to all concerned.

Depending on your profile and needs, I will tailor a session to your level, with a detailed recipe and structured implementation technique step by step so you can get the best out of it. Beginner or confirmed, together we can make macaroons, caramel candies, modern pies, chocolate decorations, desserts, tiered cakes, wedding cakes and other follies (within the limits of the realizable of course) I can also to assist you in your projects, a training CAP pastry chef for example for a professional reconversion in which I would set up a program on several sessions with cooking technology book and recipes.
