About
I’m Ryan, and I’m passionate about staying active, improving myself, and connecting with others. Cricket is my favorite sport—I’ve been playing since I was 5, and I’ve had the privilege of captaining the Long Bay College first XI cricket team during my final year there. Now, I’m training with East Coast Bays Cricket Club, focusing on becoming a better batter, fielder, and leg-spin bowler, with the ultimate goal of representing my country. I love coaching and helping others improve, whether it’s cricket, basketball, or other activities. I’ve also enjoyed snorkeling and pickleball, and I’m always looking for new ways to challenge myself. I want to work as a camp counselor because it combines my love for the outdoors, meeting new people, and experiencing life in new places. I believe in the importance of staying active—not just for physical health but for mental well-being too. I’m always looking for ways to grow, whether it’s learning about sports psychology, starting an online business, or researching how to get more young people involved in physical activity. For me, it’s all about pushing boundaries, embracing challenges, and making the most of every opportunity.
