About Jolie
I have a Master's degree from Penn State University in Applied Linguistics / TESOL, as well as two bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Secondary Education, plus 15+ years of experience in university teaching, editing, tutoring of all ages, ranging from elementary students to professional adults. I'm here for you, to help you reach your English goals, whether that's in English fluency, academic or professional writing, teaching English (5+ years of teaching new ESL teachers) as a future teacher yourself, test prep, etc. I love teaching. Then, based on the student's goals, I tailor each lesson based on their needs, learning styles and previous knowledge. I will work with you one-on-one or in small groups to help you succeed in your English language goals, study habits, test-taking success, editing papers, etc. With 15+ years of experience in university teaching, private tutoring, test prep and editing student work in English literature, Business English, spoken and written English, English education, etc. of all ages, ranging from elementary to adult professionals, I'm here to help YOU to succeed academically and professionally in all areas of English and English education.
