My teaching is outcome based. Screening for learners needs is essential so as to place them according to their needs and levels. The progress is measured against the National Unit Standards and conducted within the specified time limit. Group work is encouraged and "each one teach one" policy is applied to empower learners and to elicit their knowledge and understanding.
