About Lily
With more than 12 years of piano teaching experience, I have helped many students build confidence and develop strong musical skills. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who are eager to learn and grow as musicians.
I believe learning piano should be an exciting and rewarding experience. My lessons are designed to balance technical development, musical understanding, and creative expression. Every lesson is tailored to meet the unique needs of the student.
Students learn scales, chords, rhythm training, sight reading, ear training, music theory, finger techniques, and performance skills. I encourage students to set goals and celebrate progress throughout their learning journey.
In addition to piano, I teach keyboard skills and foundational music theory. My lessons help students gain a complete understanding of music while developing confidence in their abilities.
Through patience, encouragement, and consistent guidance, I help students achieve meaningful progress and develop a lifelong passion for music. My ultimate goal is to make every lesson enjoyable, productive, and inspiring.

My teaching style combines communication, creativity, flexibility, and supportive learning. I believe piano lessons should inspire students to enjoy music while building strong technical skills and musical understanding. Every lesson is adapted to the student's learning speed and personal goals.
Students begin by developing correct posture, finger coordination, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. Once these skills become comfortable, they continue with scales, chords, dynamics, articulation, sight reading, pedal techniques, and expressive playing.
I focus on helping students understand music rather than simply memorizing songs. Practical demonstrations, listening exercises, and regular performance activities help students gain confidence and become independent learners.
Creativity is encouraged by introducing different musical styles and simple improvisation. Students also learn accompaniment techniques that improve rhythm, coordination, and musical expression.
Along with piano, I teach keyboard fundamentals, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance preparation. These additional subjects help students build complete musical knowledge.
My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where students enjoy learning, practice with confidence, and achieve steady progress.
