I overcame all of these problems. And I confirmed this on extreme terrain (arctic, Sahara).
Now I offer my experience for those who want to become successful, especially for athletes, and finally tell all your worries and pains that ruin your career.

Nutrition is an extremely complex science that few people understand, and for good reason. I offer follow-up from 6 months to 1 year. Changing your lifestyle (sleep, diet) becomes easy when you are supported and supported.

About the lesson

I studied by myself with numerous meetings with health professionals (doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths). In Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain and France. Daily readings, conferences. I attach great importance to being constantly up to date on new discoveries.
I started with due nutrition advice in a biological market in Paris. And since then, I have been carrying out personalized follow-ups for three years in the Paris region.

I have always been tired, prone to muscle injuries and lack of sleep. My food was homemade, but that did not solve my many health problems. So I looked for and tested countless solutions, and I ended up getting results. No more injuries. Sleep 4 hours and be in great shape. Recover faster than other athletes.
Do not feel the effects of jet lag. Eat healthy and easily.
I have solved all these problems and I am now reaching a level of performance that I never imagined. I carry out many expeditions every year in extreme environments (arctic, desert) to test this in the worst conditions.

J'ai suivi plusieurs coachings de musculation, dans une salle à Pau et une à Kiev, avec des coachs en salle de sport avec abonnement à la salle, je n'ai jamais fais plus de 5 séances alors que j'avais payé un abonnement pour 6 mois.
C'est la PREMIÈRE FOIS avec Maoris que j'aime faire du sport et me muscler, sans même besoin d'aller à la salle. En effet il utilise le profil moteur de chaque personne (Action Type) pour m'aider à me muscler plus rapidement et avec beaucoup plus de facilité, sans m'ennuyer. Et pour la première fois le sport m'énergise et me donne la patate alors qu'avant après la salle de sport j'étais chaos.
