About Claudia
I am Claudia Martínez, teacher, translator and interpreter located in Elche (Alicante). I have been teaching English for years now both in the public and private sector and I have as well worked as an interpreter at Elche University Hospital for some time. I have devoted myself in body and soul to getting to know as many languages as possible ever since I was a teenager as well as sharing my knowledge with those who are equally interested in it.

These classes seek to reinforce English with the student's own class material as well as advance with any additional materials that the private teacher may provide. It begins with a review of the materials studied that week, the completion of the pending exercises, review and expansion of vocabulary and grammar with some exercises. Regarding oral and listening skills, they will be put into practice through real conversations that represent everyday English as well as with videos and fragments of films of different types that not only pose a challenge for the student, but also show the English culture and the contrast with the Spanish.

Hacíamos clases por Skype o Zoom y también alguna presencial, pero siempre bien. Duraban una hora u hora y media y hacíamos mucho trabajo para sacar el examen. Ponía algunos vídeos, explicaba el vocabulario y hacíamos listening. Me gustó y aprobé el examen en 2021.
Me ha dado clase en 1º y 2º de BAT. El inglés siempre me ha costado, suspendía o aprobaba raspando. Gracias a sus clases mejoré, Claudia me animaba mucho y fue muy paciente conmigo. No saqué dieces pero aprobé y en la PAU obtuve un 7,7 de nota, así que para mí Claudia es muy buena profesora y la recomiendo al 100%.
