I am a Psychology student at Carleton University. I was an honours student all throughout high school and in university. I have taken a multitude of psychology related courses including subjects on: stress/coping/ wellbeing, general psychology, neuroscience, sociology, linguistics, families in Canada, etc..

My teaching methodology is to to listen to individuals goals and issues. Afterwards I will work with them to organize a unique plan for individual to help them in their growth. I believe it is important to listen to individuals and make sure I have a deep understanding with them. I want to work with my students as a team and give feedback to each other to make sure the advice, plan, schedule, etc. I give them will benefit them.
