About Josephine

During my travels through Guatemala and Mexico I was introduced to Cacao, a beautiful raw medicine from the jungle. Since then I work with her soft and gentle energy and share her with the enthusiasts and curious ones in the Netherlands.

For me, the power of Cacao is that she brings you back into your heart, and with that she can help you to step back in your own power. After all, you are the only person who can shape your life, and with that you also have the responsibility to take the helm and set your own course. However, sometimes we lose sight of our own course, and we become distracted along the way. Sometimes we believe that the answers to our questions must be found outside of ourselves, and that we need someone else to guide us on our way.

I would like to show you that you possess the power to determine your course and give direction to your life. With the power of your mind, in connection with your heart, and grounded in this reality, you can create the life you aspire. And that is closer than you think!

In the world of spiritual development, there is much talk about shamans and gurus. I would like to break a taboo on that. There are definitely people who are connected to nature around us and who, following age-old traditions, can make contact with the different worlds and dimensions. You find them in unexpected places and if you ever get the chance to work with them or learn from them (and it is your ambition to make that connection) then I definitely recommend that you seize that opportunity. BUT they cannot tell you what your path is, how you should solve your challenges, or own your shadows. Only you can determine that.

Why am I telling you this? I myself have been under the spell of the external spiritual master, and have sought and sought for a teacher who could teach me everything. I kept on hunting for an authority outside of myself, giving away my own strength. Funnily enough I have read it so many times in the old texts from different cultures: your true master is found within.

Well, so you see... Knowledge only becomes wisdom through experience. That is why I share this with you and am happy to help you on your way. I will not be your teacher, I will merely show you how to take on that role yourself. Become your own master. All you need is a connection with yourself and a dash of creativity. If you like I can serve that with a cup of raw Cacao, but that's not a requisite.

Cacao is the path that suited me, and it can certainly help you on your way. But I urge you to trust your own feelings and the things that attract you. Play, experiment, and discover! In this way you explore and develop your own path and gradually determine the direction. Step-by-step.

My only advice: Surrender, trust and allow yourself to be surprised!

About the lesson

The lessons are tailor-made and will be based on your needs. We will therefore first have an introductory meeting in which we will determine the direction for our trajectory. Then we will start coming together to work on your mindset and path.

Cancellation is free of charge up until a week prior to our meeting (5 working days). Up until 24 hours in advance cancellation will require a compensation of invested time and energy of 25% and within 24 hours all costs will be charged.
