I have a degree in Psychology and Education Studies and have worked in education for 15 years. I now run my own business training both professionals and students. Working mainly in the field of resilience and focusing on how to improve personal development. I am also a holistic life coach focusing on the psychology of why we think the way we do.

There are no levels to the kind of work I do. However, it helps both young people in the education system and professionals who are wanting to improve their work and home life. My techniques involve small tasks and homework to do weekly. This is to reinforce the learning process. I can provide both individual and groups tailored sessions to suit.
