My methods are plain and simple! I will teach you the tools to get to your goals. I will Coach you to understand yourself and how to refrain from adaptation and complacency to always looking for in a in your daily life. Nutrition is hands down the greatest and most personal side of a healthy and active lifestyle. Remember hearing, "Health/wellness is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise?" Of course....however.....that script doesn't exist with everyone, and in fact no one. Nutrition is 100% the sole foundation of a result we are looking for. Instead we tend to view the workout as the approach to gaining our soon to be long lost fitness goal. I will teach you how to exercise but more importantly I will teach you how to establish your nutritional foundation and you will also learn of how to make individual corrections as needed. Trial and error are our best friends for establishing a successful anything, yet the less negative responses that occur the more chances we get to more on and establish a new parameter for you individual findings! Now I'm always available ish.....
I'm a human being and not a robot. So you will obtain a response within a 24 hour period, but on a dead ass serious level.....I won't always be available to respond right away, as I may in most occasions! I teach you to teach you!!!!
