About Prasath
I'm a Yoga Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer am taking classes at clients location and online training since six year's.I'm certified in diploma Yoga and Naturopathy, diploma in dietics and Nutrition, Corrective functional Resistance pro level 6 depends on ISSA.If you have been working out for several months but experience neither weight loss nor achievement that you desire, I will refine your workouts and get it on the right track. I will also create progressive and achievable goals for you, and will also partner you in your training journey by providing motivation and demanding accountability to bring about real change.
