About Diya
Hello there, I'm Diya a 17 y/o. I was always a chubby kid growing up, it's okay to be chubby or thin but I wasn't comfortable with my looks so I changed it. I lost 20kgs in 6 months with just me training myself during the COVID lockdown. Given the circumstances I couldn't get a trainer so I had to become one myself. Now my journey is to gain even more muscle/get toned & I would love to transform you too. It's not just your journey, it's ours.
