About Maalik
I am a young athlete who has extensive knowledge and experience in Martial Arts as I competed for many years in Thai Boxing before pursuing my current career in semi-professional football. I currently hold a Level 3 in Sports Exercise Science. My coaching philosophy centres around nurturing the strengths and talents of my clients. I also believe in the power of positive reinforcement and encouragement, using them as tools to inspire growth and instil confidence.
