About Asadullah

Hey, I’m Asad! As a professional boxer and personal trainer, I've developed a mindset of motivation and discipline that I bring into all areas of my life. I've yet to lose a boxing match, and I bring that same level of dedication into every personal training session and boxing coaching lesson I teach. I'm passionate about fitness and love spending time in the gym, and I'm particularly good at boxing and mixed martial arts. Additionally, I possess extensive knowledge about nutrition that I bring to the table for all of my clients.

About the lesson

I’m a professional boxer myself so I understand how to get you into shape. In my coaching sessions we focus on technique, strength endurance and conditioning to make you stronger, faster and punching harder. As a well-seasoned PT I will develop your own personal plan dependent on your fitness goals, including meal plans to make sure you hit your macros!
