About Hadrien
I'm Coach Makamaka and I'm a cheerful and dynamic person, Belgo-Dominican and I speak 3 languages: French, English and Spanish.
Sport has helped me enormously to gain self-confidence, accept my body and heal certain pathologies (lower back pain, hyperlaxity, fragility after knee surgery) and now I help others in their processes of improvement and well-being.
I adapt to you to find a balance between what you prefer and what is best in relation to your goal, and I always do my best to help you get the results you want as quickly as possible within a reasonable timeframe.

Objective weight loss, muscle strengthening or improvement of certain pathologies. My training sessions first build the basics (for beginners) with abdominal and lumbar belt strengthening, knowing how to breathe correctly, how to engage your muscles etc. Then we focus on more targeted goals.
I have an excellent knowledge of nutrition and I love personal development, so I bring in support tools (video/ebook) to be able to make constructive choices on a daily basis and get faster, longer-lasting results.
The creation of a personal training program (complementary) is possible and sessions take place in my private training studio in Jette or at home (€15 to €30 extra depending on distance). My sessions are fun and effective, so you can push yourself beyond your limits in a good mood.
