I am a professional basketball player who has sustained many injuries, but I have managed to heal and maintain my body by stretching and keeping fit. I love all things sports and fitness, and I enjoy helping other people stay fit.

Deadly! Lethu is a very dedicated trainer who really knows her stuff. She creates very enjoyable workout classes that take you through your paces but are tailored for your needs and fitness level. She's very positive, encouraging and makes each lesson fun and enjoyable as well as being a really good fitness session. Highly recommend!
