I like to adapt the routines according to the level of each person, making training something that really helps them achieve their goals, thus improving their quality of life, the main objective is to make exercise a habit, understanding that the primary objective is how you feel and not how you look. See you in your gym to help you or even if you prefer in a park that has an outdoor gym such as Viveros for example.
