About Kate
I exercise on the daily and I love training! I have been passionate about health since I was little, and started training professionally two years ago. I am currently studying at Utah State University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Italian
My teaching method is based on my training and certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I do basic physical assessments and I design a program specifically from there. My goals are to help people enjoy exercise by moving away from old, boring routines, lose weight, gain muscle, hit those PRs, and more!
