About Ellen
For adults who do not like to stay in the weight room and prefer free activities, I offer some different classes for you to be fit in which is best according to your lifestyle. Increasing your level of body awareness, gaining fitness, and other benefits you will experience during class attendance. With children I work in a playful way, making them learn according to their stage of maturity, being in a pleasant and fun way.

Graduated in Bachelor of Physical Education from Universidade Paulista (2018). Former Gymnast and current Cheerleader of SPFC (São Paulo Futebol Clube). Experiences with circus, acrobatic gymnastics / trampoline. My Teaching Techniques is developed on the basis of these modalities, teaching in a way that the student is in need, adapting specific exercises to his needs until reaching the next level.
