About Hannah
In 2016, I was halfway through earning my bachelors degree in kinesiology (exercise science) and was coaching youth gymnastics. My first personal training/group fitness job for adults was in 2018 at Fit Body Bootcamp; the energy there was so contagious! That was a true growth experience and I learned all about what it means to be a coach of substance and quality. From there, I’ve worked at Beaumont Hospital as an intern of cardiac rehab, I’ve worked alongside and assisted several physical therapists, and chiropractors, learning about pain management and strength. I’ve worked for a training facility that trained the professionals called Barwis Methods in Plymouth, MI. There I coached Youth Speed and Agility (S&A), High school S&A, and assisted in coaching Pro, Semi-pro, and prospect athletes from teams such as Detroit Red Wings, Grand Rapids Griffins, Detroit Lions, XFL, Philly Eagles, Denver Broncos, Tampa Bay Lightning, to name a few. Currently, I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Class instructor at the Detroit Athletic Club. I also train private soccer club in Grosse Pointe youth S&A.

I change lives using exercise and community. I specialize improving human performance especially surrounding strength and power, cardiovascular capacity, and injury prevention/mobility. I provide game plans to meet milestones, and implement healthier lifestyles. My goal as a professional is to use my knowledge and expertise in exercise science to help prevent/manage disabling diseases and train athletes to reach their performance peaks.
